RETURN POLICY

WE’RE SORRY YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ITEM!

At Jalice, your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, you can easily return it according to our return policy. Below, you’ll find all the conditions and steps for returning your order.

  • To request a return, please send an email to support@jalice.nl. Include your name, email address, and order number so we can process your request.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
  • We only reimburse items that are unused and undamaged, and if the return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Our return period is 14 days; from the day you receive your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
  • Did you receive a different item than what you ordered? Our apologies! We will, of course, send you the correct product. Please email support@jalice.nl with your order details, and we’ll resolve it for you.
  • Items returned that are not in new condition according to the guidelines above cannot be reimbursed.
  • If your order was placed with a promotional discount, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued to the account used for the original purchase.
  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 days to appear on your account. Refunds via other payment methods may take up to 14 days.
